An experiment in positive thinking

Lately, I've been having problems concentrating, positive thinking and my general mood. I suffer from depression so part of this is par for the course. But if I can do anything that is not medication related, I am willing to try it.

I came across this article on one of my favorite sites Lifehacker. How Positive Thoughts Build Skills, etc. I thought it would be great to do something to help change my mood.

I'm going to start out with writing about three positive things a day. The article says you can see effects in three days! Heck, why not if I'll start seeing effects in as little as three days.
